Need to change sleeping pattern

I need to prepare to sleep at 11pm.
Sort out any downloads at 11:30pm.
Sleep at about 12:30am.

I also need to leave for tafe on Mondays and Thurs at 8am exactly, else I will be late and they are gonna shut the door after 15 mins.

I need to fill the petrol the day before else it will add to my lateness.

Sore throat
I got a sore throat yesterday because the night before I didn't sleep so good.
I only drank lemon juice this morning.
Then in the afternoon I ate chicken roll and drank cane juice.

Not eating much is good when you are feeling sick.
