Feeling sick - sore throat

Got a sore throat today.
I decided to miss the class today -  PATC

After going to sleep I feel a lot more bettter.

Use salt mouth gargle and not eating much helps.
Also getting alot of sleep/rest is important.

Also I am not feeling hungry or desire food.

Listen to your body.
