Need to starting doing weights again

When I was hanging out with Tang and friends I did a lot more gym/weight lifting and I was a lot more leaner back then. I was able to wear a 30 size jean. Nowadays 30 size is tight fit. I need at least 31-32.
I notice lately when I stop weight training I put on 2 more kgs.
Now I am 62kg without shoes on.
