What can I learn from getting Bell's Palsy

  1. Get enough sleep i.e 8 hours daily, sleep at 12:30 or 12am.
  2. Focus on your health, health comes first. Look after your body or else you would get health problems.
  3. Get more exercise, walk daily, weights
  4. Eat more healthy food, fruits and veggies, less meat.
  5. Less stress, relax, meditate daily
  6. Reduce amount of internet, TV, movies, games. Move more.
