What can I learn from getting Bell's Palsy
- Get enough sleep i.e 8 hours daily, sleep at 12:30 or 12am.
- Focus on your health, health comes first. Look after your body or else you would get health problems.
- Get more exercise, walk daily, weights
- Eat more healthy food, fruits and veggies, less meat.
- Less stress, relax, meditate daily
- Reduce amount of internet, TV, movies, games. Move more.
