Loss 1kg of weight

Been exercising (walking, running) alot on the new treadmill

I did it yesterday, this morning, and a bit tonight.
So far I have lost 1kg.

This is what happens when you move more.
I gotta be careful not to overdo it, else could be bad for the joints.

Too much of a good thing is bad.
Too much of anything is not good.
