Count the calories you are eating. It's simple math
How many calories you put in - Calories out = net calories
If have a deficit in calories then you lose weight.
>So to lose weight,
Decrease calories you take in, or increase calories you burn.

Do weights - extra muscles burn more calories than fat

Eat protein, fruits, vegetables

Eat enough sleep. Lack of sleep causes weight gain

Only get on the scales once a week, same time, same day of the week
