Day 1

Okay this is Day 1 of my starting as a minimalist lifestyle

I tested by moving some big item off the floor and it feels great to regain the space.
Feels like you can breath easier when you gain more space.

Have space is great

Less is more
More is Less

The reason this is so, is because when you have so much items, in the end you actually have less because it just becomes clutter and stops you from using them.

E.g. Having so many books, ends up not reading any books because it just clutters all the books you want to read.

And the reason why Less is more is because
when you have less items, you actually use every one of those items.

If you don't use it, then it is just clutter.
Or sentimental value but no real useful purpose.

Also apply the minimalist attitude to everything
-Diet - eat very little, but make what you eat count. Eat small portions. Saviour the food. When you have little food, you value every bite more.

-Exercise - Focus on the few exercises that counts.
Multi muscle usage exercises
Use higher intensity means you can do less time.
unless you want to train for endurance.

Meditation
-Empty the mind = Peace.

Also when you take out stuff
You gain more space.
Having space is important.
