To cancel Filesonic or Fileserve completely, you'll need to make sure these Payees are not listed as 'active' on your Preapproved Payments page on Paypal.
For the easiest way, go to this address
Alternatively, you can get to that Paypal page as detailed below:
1. Go to your Payments Sent history on Paypal. You'll see Filesonic or Fileserve (i.e. or anyone).
2. Click on Details.
3. Click on My Preapproved Payments and click Cancel on Fileserve, Filesonic, or any other auto-billing that you set up a long time ago but forgot about.
