Put on 2 extra kgs.
Currently weight 65.5 to 66kg..
Before I weigh 64kg. And that was a bit overweight
Reason:
I haven't been as active or exercising as much due to work load..
I don't feel as good either..
I will do the following
-Go on a diet
No fried food, eat more fibre, fruits
-Exercise
Treadmill - 30 minutes daily
Weights
Calisthenics
