Most important priorities

Get enough sleep - go to bed at 12:30am
A good night equals a good day.
When you don't get enough sleep you feel tired, can't focus, no energy


Eat more healthy, nutritious fruits and veggies.
I am current 66kg, I want to drop 10 kgs to 55kg.
