I noticed I put on a bit of weight..

I just record myself on the webcam and

I noticed I put on a bit more weight..

Before I was overweight but now I have put on more weight

Currently weight = 67 kg

I vow I will lose weight and weigh 59 kg.

I will lose in  1 month

The quickest way to lose weight is to control my diet.
Exercise can only lose burn about 150 calories etc..
