Finally got my video card Sapphire 6950 after 1 year of waiting.
After sawing that the 6950 (cost $359) could be unlock to 6970 which cost $459. It was a strong incentive/motive to go get it.
I bought it at Pcdiy after a 20 min drive.
Finally got it a it is great to get rid of the s3 virge.
Now I can finally run windows 7 aero. It looks really nice. My gpu and gaming score also rose to 7.8.
