Weightloss success past plan
-old behaviour =ate fat, fried food.
-motivation - didn't like being fat
-new BH = No fat, fried food
weight training
Tooth floss
-pain - blood was the motivation for change
-Now I floss daily and clean my teeth more carefully
Being late to class
-old behaviour = late to class
-motivation - new consequences put up by head teacher, ie doors locked 15 minutes after
-new behaviour = travel one hour ahead of time
