Nothing good from staying up late

There is nothing good from staying up to 1am-1:30am.

The bad thing is next day I feel really tired.
I also I need to waste time next day to catch up on lost sleep.

So just to get 1hr30 extra time at night
I need to repay my sleep debt plus I also feel tired the next and can't do other activities.
