High intensity training

I have been doing some HIT on the treadmill
Doing about 5x1 min HIT at 12km on treadmill

Seems to work the legs more than just walking at 3km.

Also scientifically said to burn fat better.

I should also spread out the workout, so I do some weight training on other days to not overuse the knees.
