Last day of slowed internet
It's been tough running on 32kB/s or 256kbits
Running at this speed is almost as bad as
-no internet
-running at dial up speed.
Lessons
There was No more
- YouTube,
- downloads,
- torrents, Usenet
- can't multitask ie email and surf at the same time
- can't load lots of tabs
- can't have more than 1 person using the internet at a time if other person is using youtube etc.
Only thing you can do is surf the net, and even that is a pain when the pages loads slowly
Rules for internet usage
- Don't update iTunes apps till last day
- Manage download better
- Slow down if going over usage rate percentage based on the % of days e.g. 50% bandwidth used,then it should be 50% of days passed.
